Artist Statement

I have been engaged with the visual arts as long as I can remember. My earliest memories are filled with messy moments of paint, glue, glitter and mommy's red lipstick all over the big white wall. My fascination with color and shape has grown into my desire to express myself through my artwork. Throughout the years I've created abstract drawing and painting series as well as representational works. I am energized and stimulated in exploring many different techniques and mediums so you may find my work to be varied, personal, and always authentic.
